- How does pricing work?
- $50 per user per year, billed annually. One plan, everything included — that's the entire pricing model. No tiers, no add-ons, no surprises.
- Do AI agents count as seats?
- No. Connect as many agents as you like via the CLI or MCP server with scoped keys. Seats are for humans; robots ride free.
- What about credits or usage limits?
- There is nothing to top up. Radial has no metered features, because we never ship anything that costs us per-request money to run on your behalf.
- Will the price go up when you add AI features?
- We won't add AI features. That's the Plain Software Pledge: no copilot, no meters, no AI surcharge. The day we break it, your subscription is free.
- Can I import from Linear or Jira?
- One command: radial import --from linear (or --from jira). Issues, projects, labels, comments, and history come with you.
- What if I leave?
- Export everything with radial export — full JSON or CSV. No lock-in, no export paywall, no 'talk to us first.'
